See the Woodward Dreamcruise from a SMART point-of-view. Ride in air-conditioned buses and don’t worry about parking, gas or driving because SMART handles it all!
- Click here to get a copy of the 2022 SMART-WDC Shuttle Bus Service Route Map.
- Get on or off anywhere along Woodward route between Ferndale & Downtown Pontiac at a SMART or FAST bus stop.
- SMART – WDC shuttle service is FREE to all riders.
- SMART buses will operate along Woodward Avenue from 8 Mile to downtown Pontiac from 9:00 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Passengers can board at any RED SMART or FAST bus stop along Woodward Avenue.
- SMART buses shuttle will operate the 16 mile stretch of Woodward Avenue through the nine communities.
- All buses are wheelchair accessible and equipped with bike racks.
The 2022 Woodward Dream Show
August 19, 2022
We’ll have a one-day show to kick off Woodward DreamCruise weekend in the Detroit area. We will feature cars and anniversary celebrations including the 1932 Ford “Deuce” which turns 90 this year, Lincoln which is turning 100, and the Pontiac Firebird which turns 55. Events take place all day and include Race Speed Track Experiences (RSTEs) with M1’s team of professional drivers. There will be a variety of food trucks and drinks available for purchase. Selected show cars will be the best and most iconic hot rods, customs, cruisers, muscle and performance cars that shaped Woodward Avenue and car culture. Divided into 10 classes, guests will vote and select the winners. Additional new features this year include free show car parking on the M1 Concourse.
